Our goal is to provide quality hairstyle in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our broad clients in need of Hair Braiding & Styling.
About the Parking & Space!
Parking is limited so arrange for transportation (public or family/friends). If
you can be dropped it will be much appreciated! Do not come early - Space is
limited! Please, Refrain from bringing any extra people unless services are
being rendered. If you bring guest and they are not being serviced, they will be
asked to leave... Social distancing rules! By the way, we are no longer on Main
Street and our new location is located 5 minutes away from the old salon.
Cancellation of an Appointment
Please be courteous and call the salon promptly if you are unable to attend an
appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone else. This is how we can
best serve the needs of customer. Absolutely no refund - a credit will be given
to reschedule if You call to cancel a day before.
No Show Policy
A no show is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it by 6:00 PM -
one (1) day in advance. No-shows inconvenience those individuals who also need
your time frame. A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment
will be recorded as a no show and void your deposit. Late cancellations will
also be considered as a no show.

Our Salon is located at 2912 Brittany Clayton NC 27520 - @ location go thru the
white fence and up the pink stairs - Voila! Please do not come early and let us

Remaining balance
Remaining balance is the amount you still owe after your deposit. We prefer CASH
for balance so be prepared with the axact changes! All other payments methods
have transaction fee added. If you send a deposit to us - we will be happy to
know more about your hairstyle and time of service... Call us or send a sms with
info. Our Online booking has a calendar and timestamps slot for your
convenience.
